Written by Raytac announced nRF52805 module, MDBT42T series, has moved to mass production stage.
MDBT42T series module deployed nRF52805 WLCSP package combined with Raytac’s experienced RF design, provides a 7.2 x 11.2 mm dimension which is optimized for size constrained applications.
MDBT42T module provide 2 antenna options for customer’s selection:
Chip Antenna: MDBT42T-192K: 7.2 x 11.2 x 2.05 mm
PCB Antenna: MDBT42T-P192K: 7.2 x 11.2 x 1.8 mm
nRF52805, Nordic latest member of nRF52 family, features an Arm Cortex -M4 MCU with 24KRAM and 192K Flash, integrates 10 GPIO, ADC, SPI, and UART interface supporting Bluetooth 5.2 and 2.4GHz proprietary protocols. nRF52805 is capable of Bluetooth 5.2 2Mbps high throughput provides a faster data transferring and efficiency.
Although nRF52805 module MDBT42T series has less GPIO and interface rather than other nRF52 family member, it is an ideal candidate for the applications feature less complex, size and cost constrained.
